Statewide access passes for seniors and individuals with disabilities are issued by GATRA. The access pass offers half-fares on public bus transportation systems throughout Massachusetts, including GATRA.
A"Personal Care Attendant" (PCA) may ride free when assisting an individual with a disability. GATRA schedules are available in various formats for people with a disability.

TIPS FOR RIDING
- Be at your stop about five minutes before the OWL is scheduled to arrive.
- Have exact fare ready
- Allow other passengers to deboard before you board.
- When deboarding, use the handrail.
- In consideration of others while riding, please do not smoke, drink, eat, or play a radio.
- Passengers may board the OWL along the route by waving to the driver as the vehicle approaches.
