Riders must stand in a safe location to board the bus. Drivers cannot stop for passengers to board if it is unsafe to do so.
If you encounter a bus stop blocked by snow please report it to GATRA by calling 800-483-2500 or email info@gatra.org. Also, please remember for Dial-A-Ride, ADA Paratransit, and GATRA GO services, driveways and walkways must be clear of snow. If the rider needs to use the lift, enough space to safely deploy and access the lift must be available in order for the driver to be able to transport the rider.
